As⠀a⠀Manufacturing⠀Engineer⠀with Fluke⠀Electronics,⠀you will⠀be tasked⠀with⠀analyzing,⠀developing,⠀implementing,⠀and⠀maintaining⠀methods,⠀manufacturing⠀operation⠀sequences,⠀specifications,⠀and⠀equipment⠀requirements⠀for⠀production/assembly⠀of new and⠀existing⠀products.⠀You will⠀assist new⠀product⠀introduction⠀to⠀manufacturing,⠀support⠀released⠀product,⠀and assist⠀with the⠀retirement⠀of legacy⠀products.⠀You will⠀be a major⠀contributor⠀to and⠀owner of⠀key⠀performance⠀indicators⠀in⠀Operations,⠀including:⠀5S/Safety,⠀Quality,⠀Delivery,⠀Inventory,⠀and⠀Productivity.⠀You will⠀be⠀empowered⠀to make⠀decisions,⠀drive⠀improvements,⠀and have⠀plenty of⠀opportunities⠀for career⠀growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform⠀manufacturing⠀engineering⠀assignments⠀associated⠀with the⠀integrity⠀of product⠀design to⠀assure⠀quality⠀and⠀cost-effective⠀production
Advise⠀engineering⠀of⠀existing⠀production⠀capabilities,⠀equipment,⠀facilities,⠀and⠀standard⠀practices⠀to⠀contribute⠀to the⠀development⠀of⠀designs
Coordinate⠀with⠀support⠀groups to⠀ensure⠀capabilities⠀and⠀capacities⠀are⠀developed⠀to support⠀new⠀products
Ensure⠀efficient⠀manufacturing⠀through⠀achieving⠀quality,⠀cost,⠀operating⠀specifications,⠀customer⠀and⠀company⠀standards,⠀and⠀requirements
Apply⠀Lean⠀manufacturing⠀principles⠀to improve⠀production⠀processes⠀and⠀achieve⠀cost⠀reduction
Plan,⠀define,⠀and⠀implement⠀new⠀manufacturing⠀systems as⠀needed for⠀new⠀product⠀introductions
Responsible⠀for⠀managing⠀and⠀implementing⠀projects⠀of varying⠀complexity⠀and⠀scope
Ensure⠀integrity⠀of⠀existing⠀manufacturing⠀documents⠀and take⠀ownership⠀of⠀creating⠀new⠀manufacturing⠀documentation
Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀Manufacturing⠀Engineering,⠀Manufacturing⠀Engineering⠀Technology,⠀Industrial⠀Engineering,⠀Mechanical⠀Engineering⠀or⠀equivalent⠀from an⠀ABET⠀accredited⠀university⠀preferred
2+⠀years of⠀related⠀experience
Knowledge⠀of Lean⠀Manufacturing⠀(5S, SW,⠀PSP, SMED,⠀VRK, OEE,⠀TPM, etc.)⠀a⠀plus
Proven⠀problem⠀solving⠀aptitude⠀using⠀various⠀tools and⠀techniques
Leadership⠀experience⠀within a⠀team,⠀project,⠀or⠀job
Ability⠀to work in⠀a⠀fast-paced⠀environment⠀while⠀prioritizing⠀work and⠀delivering⠀results
Comfortable⠀working⠀problems⠀of⠀moderate⠀scope⠀where data⠀analysis⠀requires⠀evaluation⠀of⠀identifiable⠀factors
SolidWorks⠀and/or Pro⠀Engineer⠀(ProE)⠀experience⠀a⠀plus
Demonstrated⠀ability to⠀read and⠀interpret⠀mechanical⠀drawings⠀required
Experience⠀working in⠀a⠀metric/goal-driven⠀environment
Hands-on⠀approach/experience⠀with⠀manufacturing⠀processes⠀preferred
