Facilities Management

Manages,⠀plans, and⠀organizes⠀the staff⠀and⠀activities⠀of⠀facilities⠀maintenance.⠀Ensures⠀contracts⠀and⠀service⠀agreements⠀meet⠀facility⠀standards⠀and needs.⠀Oversees⠀equipment⠀and⠀facilities⠀maintenance⠀and⠀repair.

Job Responsibility

• Provides⠀leadership⠀to⠀Facilities⠀Management⠀team⠀members⠀and⠀supervisors⠀by⠀communicating⠀and⠀guiding⠀toward⠀achieving⠀department⠀objectives.
• Develops,⠀communicates,⠀and builds⠀consensus⠀for goals⠀in⠀alignment⠀with the⠀health⠀system.
• Selects,⠀develops,⠀manages,⠀and⠀evaluates⠀direct⠀reports;⠀oversees⠀the⠀selection,⠀development,⠀management,⠀and⠀evaluation⠀of⠀indirect⠀reports.
• Manages⠀the⠀maintenance⠀and repair⠀schedules⠀for⠀equipment⠀and⠀facilities.
• Ensures⠀contracts⠀and⠀service⠀agreements⠀meet⠀facility⠀standards⠀and⠀needs.
• Builds,⠀and⠀maintains⠀productive⠀inter/intra⠀departmental⠀and vendor⠀work⠀relationships⠀to⠀optimize⠀operations.
• Recommends,⠀implements,⠀and⠀adheres to⠀approved⠀operating⠀goals,⠀objectives,⠀and⠀budget.
• Reports⠀operation⠀performance,⠀justification,⠀and⠀corrective⠀action.
• Ensures⠀compliance⠀with the⠀federal,⠀state and⠀local⠀regulatory⠀bodies are⠀in⠀force.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's⠀Degree⠀required⠀(Engineering⠀Degree⠀preferred),⠀or⠀equivalent⠀combination⠀of⠀education⠀and⠀related⠀technical⠀experience.
• 6-8⠀years of⠀relevant⠀experience⠀and 2-5⠀years of⠀leadership⠀/⠀management⠀experience,⠀required.
