Email Marketing

Asia Society is seeking a Manager, Email Marketing to lead our email program. This role involves writing, editing, and deploying emails, while also creating and executing email strategy. Reporting to the Chief Digital and Communications Officer, the ideal candidate will bring expertise in email strategy, experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, data-driven decision-making, and a proactive approach to improving our email program.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Asia Society’s email strategy, including crafting, editing, and sending emails
• Design and execute campaigns to optimize the customer journey, from acquisition to conversion
• Implement segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies
• Maintain the Email Calendar and Performance Dashboard
• Create a testing structure to improve email effectiveness
• Edit and optimize content for conversion
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience with email marketing, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in writing, editing, and data analysis for insights
• Experience with data integration between systems
• Project management skills and experience with HTML/CSS
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000, based on experience and skills
