Role Overview
As Manager of Email Marketing within Corporate Marketing & Communications, you will be a strategic and creative force driving email campaigns that connect with both patients and physicians. You will design, execute, and optimize campaigns leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using data insights to guide campaign prioritization and effectiveness. The role involves leading cross-functional teams and analyzing customer and channel data to improve campaign reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the email marketing strategy and campaign execution
  • Design and deploy campaigns to foster engagement and drive key behaviors
  • Analyze customer data to inform strategy and optimize reach and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader business goals
  • Use CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to measure and improve campaigns

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
  • Proficiency in CRM, Marketing Automation, and Analytics tools
  • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt to variable work schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends
