The Digital Manager at G42 will play a key role in shaping the company's digital presence by developing, managing, and executing its Digital Strategy. This role includes overseeing internal and external interactions across various digital platforms such as websites, social media, intranet portals, and event digital activations. The manager will focus on promoting the G42 brand, analyzing trends, and managing digital campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy. The role also involves advising business units within the G42 ecosystem on digital best practices and reporting to the Senior Director of Branding and Brand Experience.
Digital Strategy Development:
Formulate, implement, and manage G42’s digital strategy, focusing on social media, campaigns, websites, intranets, and digital activations.
Content Creation & Management:
Design and execute content strategies with a focus on creativity, storytelling, and brand promotion.
Performance Monitoring:
Define and track KPIs for digital platforms, monitor brand reputation, user sentiment, and campaign performance, and implement changes to improve results.
Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with internal teams, agency partners, and external stakeholders to align on goals, ensuring seamless project management and campaign execution.
Digital Campaigns & Analytics:
Plan and report on digital campaigns, ensuring that strategies lead to business growth, enhanced brand sentiment, and increased industry recognition.
Community Engagement:
Build and nurture active online communities of brand advocates and engage with industry professionals to expand G42's network and influence.
AI and Prompt Engineering:
Proficiency in emerging AI tools and platforms.
Social Media Mastery:
Deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and their campaign management tools.
Digital Advertising Expertise:
Strong knowledge of various advertising formats, SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC strategies.
Analytics & Performance Tools:
Expertise in Google Analytics and other performance measurement tools.
CMS & UX/UI:
Understanding of CMS functionalities and best practices for UX/UI design.
Creativity & Quality Obsession:
A passion for innovation, strategy, and delivering high-quality digital experiences.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Experience:
Minimum 12 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or digital media with a proven track record in creating impactful digital and social media campaigns.
Education:
BA in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a relevant field.
Additional Skills:
Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
