Maintenance Technician

• Trade⠀certificate⠀or Diploma⠀in⠀mechanical,⠀Electrical,⠀or good⠀combination⠀or⠀experience⠀and⠀qualification.
• Minimum⠀5 Years⠀experience⠀in a⠀plant,⠀factory or⠀similar⠀environment⠀is⠀desirable.
• Must⠀be able to⠀read and⠀understand⠀various⠀schematics.
• Working⠀knowledge⠀of basic⠀electrical,⠀mechanical,⠀hydraulic,⠀and⠀pneumatic⠀system.
• Good⠀knowledge⠀of motors,⠀pumps,⠀Drive⠀control⠀systems,⠀PLC.
• Ability⠀to prepare⠀basic work⠀reports⠀and⠀material⠀requests.
• Deep⠀knowledge⠀of⠀troubleshooting,⠀repair and⠀replace of⠀the plant⠀machine⠀Equipments/⠀parts.
• Familiarity⠀with hand⠀operated⠀tools and⠀welding⠀equipment⠀is⠀preferred.
• Carry⠀out⠀preventive⠀maintenance⠀on a⠀daily/⠀weekly/⠀monthly⠀basis as⠀per⠀standard⠀and keep a⠀record.
• Experience⠀in CNC⠀machines,⠀Boiler,⠀chiller,⠀compressor⠀is⠀preferred.
• Perform⠀repairs⠀and⠀maintenance⠀of gear⠀box,⠀shaft,⠀bearings,⠀belts,⠀etc.
• Perform⠀general⠀maintenance⠀task⠀including⠀plumbing,⠀Pump⠀maintenance,⠀carpentry,⠀etc.
• Knowledge⠀about⠀fleet⠀maintenance⠀is an⠀advantage.
• Knowledge⠀about HVAC⠀system is⠀an⠀advantage.
• Ability⠀to work⠀under⠀pressure.
• Ready⠀to do all⠀kind of⠀maintenance⠀jobs and⠀need to⠀work more⠀hours if⠀required.
