Maintenance Technical Supervisor

We are⠀seeking a⠀House⠀Maintenance⠀Worker⠀with⠀strong⠀hands-on⠀skills to⠀ensure the⠀ongoing⠀upkeep and⠀repair of⠀residential⠀properties.⠀The ideal⠀candidate⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀performing⠀a variety⠀of⠀maintenance⠀tasks to⠀maintain⠀the⠀overall⠀functionality⠀and⠀aesthetics⠀of the⠀houses.⠀This role⠀demands a⠀proactive,⠀self-motivated,⠀and⠀detail-oriented⠀individual⠀who is⠀proficient⠀in various⠀maintenance⠀disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct⠀routine⠀inspections⠀and⠀identify⠀maintenance⠀needs,⠀such as⠀plumbing,⠀electrical,⠀and⠀structural⠀issues.
• Perform⠀repairs,⠀renovations,⠀and⠀general⠀maintenance⠀tasks⠀including⠀but not⠀limited to⠀painting,⠀carpentry,⠀and basic⠀HVAC.
• Troubleshoot⠀and⠀resolve⠀household⠀issues⠀efficiently⠀to ensure⠀a safe and⠀functional⠀living⠀environment.
• Maintain⠀and repair⠀appliances⠀and⠀equipment⠀as⠀necessary.
• Ensure⠀properties⠀are kept⠀clean,⠀safe, and⠀aesthetically⠀pleasing⠀by⠀coordinating⠀with⠀cleaning⠀staff and⠀external⠀contractors⠀when⠀required.
• Perform⠀landscaping⠀and yard⠀maintenance⠀tasks as⠀needed.
• Keep⠀a⠀comprehensive⠀record of⠀maintenance⠀activities⠀and report⠀on any⠀significant⠀issues to⠀the⠀property⠀manager.
• Act⠀as a point⠀of contact⠀for⠀tenants'⠀maintenance⠀requests,⠀addressing⠀and⠀resolving⠀their⠀concerns⠀in a⠀timely⠀manner.
• Procure⠀and manage⠀maintenance⠀supplies⠀and⠀equipment⠀inventory.
• Adhere⠀to safety⠀and⠀environmental⠀regulations⠀in all⠀maintenance⠀tasks.
• Collaborate⠀with the⠀property⠀management⠀team to⠀schedule⠀and⠀prioritize⠀maintenance⠀projects.
• Respond⠀to⠀emergency⠀maintenance⠀requests⠀promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven⠀experience⠀in⠀hands-on⠀house⠀maintenance⠀or related⠀field.
• Strong⠀knowledge⠀of various⠀maintenance⠀disciplines,⠀including⠀plumbing,⠀electrical,⠀carpentry,⠀and HVAC⠀systems.
• Proficiency⠀in using⠀maintenance⠀tools and⠀equipment.
• Ability⠀to⠀troubleshoot⠀and⠀resolve⠀maintenance⠀issues⠀effectively.
• Excellent⠀time⠀management⠀and⠀organizational⠀skills.
• Strong⠀problem-solving⠀abilities⠀and⠀attention⠀to⠀detail.
• Good⠀communication⠀and⠀customer⠀service⠀skills.
• Physical⠀fitness⠀and⠀dexterity⠀to perform⠀manual⠀tasks.
• Valid⠀driver's⠀license⠀and⠀reliable⠀transportation.
• High⠀school⠀diploma or⠀equivalent;⠀additional⠀technical⠀certifications⠀are a⠀plus.

Working Conditions:

• The role⠀may⠀require⠀lifting,⠀bending,⠀and⠀standing⠀for⠀extended⠀periods.
• Some⠀tasks may⠀be⠀performed⠀outdoors,⠀potentially⠀in various⠀weather⠀conditions.
• Availability⠀for⠀on-call⠀and⠀emergency⠀maintenance⠀duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• HVAC: 4 years (Preferred)
