DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create,⠀Maintain⠀and⠀Implement⠀Maintenance⠀Programs⠀and⠀Procedures
- Supervise⠀and Lead⠀Maintenance⠀process⠀and⠀Operations.
- Develop⠀a plan and⠀work⠀schedule⠀that will⠀optimize⠀resource⠀Utilization.
- Monitor⠀and⠀Control⠀Inventory⠀of⠀Maintenance⠀Spare⠀parts.
- Coordinate⠀Installation⠀and⠀Movement⠀of⠀Production⠀Equipment.
- Drive⠀and⠀Improve⠀Key⠀Performance⠀Indicators⠀such as⠀MTBF,⠀MTTR,⠀MTTF
- Recruit,⠀supervise⠀and train⠀maintenance⠀technicians.
- Manage⠀systems⠀and⠀equipment⠀data⠀storage⠀and⠀maintain⠀high⠀levels of⠀standards⠀and⠀accuracy
- Know⠀and⠀understand⠀Weatherford⠀Quality⠀Policy and⠀comply⠀with all⠀requirements⠀of the⠀Quality⠀Systems⠀Manual,⠀Operating⠀and⠀Technical⠀Procedures⠀and⠀Workplace⠀Instructions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s⠀degree in⠀Mechanical⠀or⠀Electrical⠀Engineering
- Minimum⠀5 years’⠀in Similar⠀Role
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven⠀analytical,⠀planning⠀and⠀problem-solving⠀skills
- Strong⠀organization⠀and⠀time-management⠀skills.
- Ability⠀to work as⠀part of⠀cross-functional⠀teams.
- Knowledge⠀of MRP/ERP⠀–⠀preferably⠀JDE
- Good⠀communication⠀skills⠀(oral and⠀written).
- Knowledge⠀in⠀Microsoft⠀Office
- Knowledge⠀and⠀Experience⠀in⠀Maintaining⠀CNC⠀Machines
- Ability⠀to read⠀part⠀manuals,⠀electrical⠀and⠀Mechanical⠀schematics,⠀Instruction⠀and⠀Troubleshooting⠀guides.
