Campaign Design
  • Build⠀campaigns⠀based on⠀campaign⠀brief and⠀procure⠀approvals⠀on⠀translations,⠀etc. on⠀Salesforce.
  • Work⠀with⠀graphic⠀designers⠀and the⠀creative⠀team for⠀appropriate⠀content,⠀visuals,⠀and⠀adaptations⠀for each⠀campaign/marketing⠀journey.
  • Coordinate⠀with⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀teams to⠀work on⠀new ways⠀of⠀changing⠀and⠀improving⠀campaign⠀approach
Campaign Communication, Operations & Management
  • Create⠀campaigns⠀and⠀journeys⠀on⠀Salesforce⠀for Email⠀and SMS,⠀Push, and⠀Mobile⠀App.
  • Execute⠀campaigns⠀in a⠀timely,⠀effective,⠀and⠀accurate⠀manner on⠀Salesforce,⠀and⠀experience⠀on any⠀another⠀marketing⠀automation⠀software⠀would be a⠀plus.
  • Study⠀& propose⠀new⠀campaign⠀ideas to⠀educate⠀customers⠀on the⠀products⠀and⠀offerings.
  • Review⠀and⠀publish⠀results⠀for all⠀campaigns⠀from tools⠀like⠀Einstein⠀and⠀Datorama⠀and report⠀benefits⠀and⠀recommend⠀improvements⠀in⠀future.
  • Collaborate⠀with⠀various⠀business⠀lines for⠀campaign⠀management⠀and⠀marketing⠀planning.
  • Work⠀closely⠀with⠀communications⠀team for⠀development⠀and⠀testing of⠀content⠀across⠀segments⠀and across⠀channels,⠀using but⠀not⠀limited to⠀A/B⠀testing,⠀test &⠀control⠀grouping,⠀customer⠀segmentation,⠀customer⠀scoring.
  • Review⠀the⠀progress⠀and impact⠀of⠀promotional⠀and⠀targeted⠀campaigns⠀in⠀association⠀with the⠀business⠀and⠀provide⠀feedback⠀to all⠀concerned⠀parties.
  • Study⠀other⠀campaigns⠀in the⠀market/sector/industry⠀imbibe⠀industry⠀benchmarks⠀into the⠀loyalty⠀program⠀for⠀enhancing⠀customer⠀responsiveness⠀and⠀improve⠀the⠀top-line⠀and⠀bottom-line⠀from⠀campaigns.
System Administration
  • Manage and⠀monitor⠀the⠀campaign⠀management⠀system⠀(Salesforce)⠀to ensure⠀timely⠀availability,⠀performance,⠀scalability,⠀data⠀integrity⠀and⠀security.
  • Handle⠀any issues⠀that may⠀come up⠀and⠀provide⠀timely and⠀accurate⠀resolution.
  • Manage⠀installation⠀and⠀configuration⠀of any new⠀modules,⠀system⠀enhancements⠀and⠀updates⠀with new⠀product⠀offerings⠀etc.,⠀maintain⠀and⠀monitor⠀existing⠀systems as⠀per⠀protocol.
  • Ensure⠀parameters⠀are set as⠀per the⠀defined⠀methodologies⠀and⠀procedures⠀and handle⠀escalated⠀critical⠀errors.
  • Ensures⠀that⠀system⠀hardware,⠀operating⠀systems,⠀software⠀systems,⠀and⠀related⠀procedures⠀adhere to⠀the⠀technology⠀guidelines⠀and⠀policies⠀outlined.
  • Perform⠀daily⠀system⠀monitoring,⠀verifying⠀the⠀integrity⠀and⠀availability⠀of all⠀hardware,⠀server⠀resources,⠀systems,⠀and key⠀processes,⠀reviewing⠀system and⠀application⠀logs, and⠀verifying⠀completion⠀of⠀scheduled⠀jobs such⠀as⠀backups.
  • Coordinate⠀with IT to⠀define and⠀assess the⠀suitability⠀of IT⠀hardware⠀and⠀software⠀requirements⠀which⠀meets the⠀requirements⠀of the⠀current⠀and future⠀program⠀requirements⠀based on a⠀cost⠀benefit⠀analysis.
CRM and Data Management
  • Define⠀applicable⠀business⠀rules to⠀ensure⠀customer⠀database⠀management⠀is⠀streamlined⠀and synced⠀across⠀systems.
  • Manage⠀the⠀process of⠀available⠀customer⠀data clean⠀up to⠀minimize⠀discrepancies⠀and⠀duplications⠀and make⠀use of⠀this data⠀to better⠀understand⠀customers.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Minimum⠀Qualification⠀–⠀Bachelor’s/Master’s⠀Degree in⠀Marketing⠀/ Business⠀Administration⠀or related⠀field.
  • Minimum⠀Experience⠀&⠀Knowledge⠀& Skills⠀–
  • 7-10⠀years of⠀experience⠀in⠀managing⠀CRM or⠀loyalty⠀programs,⠀preferably⠀in the⠀retail⠀sector,⠀within⠀loyalty⠀and⠀partnership⠀program⠀management.
  • Loyalty⠀experience⠀should⠀cover⠀areas of⠀programme⠀set up and⠀design⠀including⠀strategy,⠀creative⠀and⠀operational⠀understanding,⠀and⠀expertise⠀on⠀campaign⠀communication,
  • Excellent⠀experience⠀required⠀on⠀Salesforce⠀-⠀Interaction⠀Studio,⠀Marketing⠀Cloud,⠀Mobile⠀Connect,⠀Automation⠀studio,⠀Analytics⠀Builder,⠀Content⠀Builder,⠀Journey⠀builder,⠀Datorama,⠀Einstein,⠀CDP.
  • Strong⠀experience⠀in working⠀with⠀emerging⠀digital⠀technology⠀associated⠀with⠀campaign⠀management⠀through⠀email,⠀communications,⠀and social⠀media.
  • Practical⠀understanding⠀and⠀experience⠀on mobile⠀app UI/UX⠀to design⠀and build⠀and a⠀marketing⠀journey is⠀a⠀must.
  • Strong⠀experience⠀in using⠀and⠀working on⠀mobile app⠀systems⠀back-end⠀design,⠀and usage⠀would be⠀great⠀advantage.
  • Very⠀strong⠀experience⠀required⠀on⠀SQL.
  • Excellent⠀understanding⠀and have⠀experience⠀working⠀with⠀database⠀technologies.
  • Advanced⠀use of⠀Microsoft⠀Excel and⠀Power⠀Point.
  • Proven⠀track⠀record in⠀managing⠀stakeholders⠀(internal⠀&⠀external).
  • Fluent⠀in English⠀and Arabic⠀would be a⠀big⠀plus.
  • References⠀would be⠀required.
