• Prospect⠀pre-qualified⠀leads⠀generated⠀by⠀sales⠀agents⠀to⠀convert⠀them⠀into⠀new⠀business⠀and⠀schedule⠀listing⠀appointments
• Respond⠀to⠀all⠀leads⠀and⠀potential⠀homebuyers⠀in⠀a⠀timely⠀fashion⠀to⠀build⠀a⠀strong⠀client⠀base
• Conduct⠀market⠀analysis⠀to⠀ensure⠀listing⠀prices⠀are⠀well-researched
• Complete⠀real⠀estate⠀listing⠀paperwork,⠀create⠀new⠀MLS⠀listings,⠀post⠀listings⠀to⠀social⠀media,⠀and⠀implement⠀a⠀marketing⠀plan⠀for⠀new⠀listings⠀to⠀ensure⠀accurate⠀information⠀that⠀promotes⠀quick⠀sales
• Work⠀with⠀clients⠀to⠀stage⠀and⠀market⠀homes⠀that⠀draw⠀in⠀homebuyers⠀and⠀their⠀real⠀estate⠀agents⠀to⠀achieve⠀a⠀quick⠀sale
• Coordinate⠀with⠀home⠀inspectors⠀and⠀realtors⠀to⠀schedule⠀inspections,⠀open⠀houses,⠀and⠀showings
• Negotiate⠀contracts⠀with⠀buyer’s⠀agents⠀to⠀achieve⠀the⠀best⠀deal⠀possible⠀for⠀the⠀client
• Follow⠀up⠀with⠀clients⠀weekly⠀to⠀provide⠀feedback⠀on⠀their⠀property⠀listing⠀to⠀keep⠀them⠀engaged⠀and⠀improve⠀customer⠀service⠀ratings
• Attend⠀closing⠀processes⠀to⠀provide⠀support⠀to⠀the⠀customer⠀when⠀appropriate

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
