You’ll Do
- Design and Deliver Training Experiences: Plan, organize, and execute seamless in-person and virtual learning events for Protiviti’s Milestone Learning Portfolio.
- Event Planning: Manage venue selection, contracts, logistics, and on-site coordination to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
- Logistics and Support: Handle preparation tasks like materials organization, AV setup, and vendor coordination, acting as a point of contact during events.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate events, providing recommendations to improve future learning experiences.
- Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Global Team Coordination: Occasionally work outside standard business hours to accommodate time zones.
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in event management, learning & development, HR, or business operations.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 40-50%.
Preferred:
- Experience in learning and development.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and logistics for large-scale events.
