In⠀addition,⠀you will⠀analyze⠀demand to⠀identify⠀resource⠀requirements⠀and⠀opportunities⠀for⠀further⠀standardization⠀and⠀automation.⠀This role⠀will⠀provide⠀support⠀and⠀guidance⠀related to⠀the⠀integration⠀of vendor⠀systems⠀with⠀ServiceNow⠀via APIs,⠀including⠀the⠀development,⠀testing,⠀implementation,⠀and⠀maintenance⠀of these⠀integrations.⠀The⠀anticipated⠀base pay⠀range for⠀this⠀position⠀is⠀$90,000-⠀$144,900.
Additionally,⠀the Lead⠀for⠀Network⠀Data,⠀Reporting,⠀and⠀Catalog⠀Management⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀developing,⠀building,⠀and⠀implementing⠀operational⠀reports to⠀support⠀management⠀of NS⠀operations⠀and⠀service⠀providers.⠀This⠀candidate⠀will also⠀play a⠀role in⠀helping⠀establish⠀and⠀creating a⠀data⠀governance⠀model for⠀future use⠀within GNS⠀using⠀machine⠀learning,⠀AI, and⠀large⠀language⠀model⠀tools.⠀With a⠀solid⠀understanding⠀of data⠀visualization⠀practices,⠀ServiceNow⠀and⠀business⠀analysis,⠀this role⠀will⠀develop,⠀maintain,⠀and⠀support⠀dashboards⠀that help⠀uncover⠀insights⠀in support⠀of the⠀network⠀team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design the⠀global⠀service⠀catalog⠀for global⠀network.⠀Including:
- Work⠀with⠀service⠀owners and⠀partners⠀to define⠀requirements⠀and build⠀catalog⠀items that⠀are easy⠀for⠀business⠀associates⠀to⠀understand⠀and order⠀the⠀appropriate⠀services.
- Define⠀turnaround⠀times to⠀set⠀expectations.⠀Where⠀possible⠀provide an⠀estimate⠀of costs.⠀Understand⠀the⠀impacts of⠀any⠀changes to⠀the⠀catalog on⠀other⠀services,⠀support⠀organizations,⠀financials,⠀and⠀reporting⠀and⠀mitigate⠀the⠀risks.
- Communicate⠀changes to⠀partners.⠀Monitor⠀and⠀measure⠀the⠀success of⠀changes⠀and adjust⠀as⠀required.

- Develop⠀custom⠀SharePoint⠀solutions⠀to enhance⠀collaboration,⠀document⠀management,⠀and⠀workflow⠀automation.
- Support⠀design and⠀development⠀of⠀dashboards⠀and⠀reports⠀using⠀Tableau,⠀ServiceNow,⠀PowerBI,⠀SQL,⠀Alteryx,⠀Excel, or⠀other data⠀related⠀tools.
- Communicate⠀data-driven⠀insights⠀effectively⠀to⠀non-technical⠀partners,⠀facilitating⠀informed⠀decision-making.
