Key Responsibilities:

Lead⠀Generation:⠀Develop⠀and⠀execute a⠀lead⠀generation⠀strategy⠀to⠀identify⠀and target⠀potential⠀buyers,⠀sellers,⠀and⠀investors⠀in the⠀Dubai real⠀estate⠀market.Utilize⠀various⠀channels⠀such as⠀online⠀platforms,⠀social⠀media,⠀email⠀campaigns,⠀and⠀networking⠀events to⠀generate⠀leads.

Market⠀Research:Stay⠀updated on⠀current⠀real⠀estate⠀market⠀trends and⠀competitors⠀to⠀identify⠀potential⠀opportunities.

Analyze⠀market⠀data to⠀identify⠀potential⠀leads and⠀areas of⠀growth.

Lead⠀Nurturing:Build⠀and⠀maintain a⠀pipeline⠀of⠀prospective⠀clients.

Establish⠀and⠀maintain⠀relationships⠀with⠀potential⠀clients⠀through⠀effective⠀communication⠀and⠀follow-up.

Database⠀Management:Maintain⠀an⠀organized⠀and⠀updated⠀database⠀of leads⠀and client⠀information.

Ensure⠀data⠀accuracy⠀and⠀confidentiality.

Collaboration:Work⠀closely⠀with the⠀sales and⠀marketing⠀teams to⠀align lead⠀generation⠀efforts⠀with⠀company⠀goals.

Provide⠀valuable⠀insights⠀and⠀feedback⠀to improve⠀lead⠀generation⠀strategies.

Reporting:⠀Prepare⠀regular⠀reports on⠀lead⠀generation⠀activities,⠀conversion⠀rates, and⠀other⠀relevant⠀KPIs.

Present⠀findings⠀and⠀recommendations⠀to the⠀management⠀team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀Marketing,⠀Business,⠀or a⠀related⠀field⠀preferred.
• Proven⠀experience⠀in lead⠀generation,⠀preferably⠀in the⠀real⠀estate⠀sector.
• In-depth⠀knowledge⠀of the⠀Dubai real⠀estate⠀market and⠀its⠀dynamics.
• Strong⠀networking⠀and⠀interpersonal⠀skills.
• Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀negotiation⠀abilities.
• Proficiency⠀in using⠀CRM⠀software⠀and lead⠀generation⠀tools.
• Self-motivated⠀and⠀results-driven⠀with a⠀passion⠀for⠀exceeding⠀targets.
• Ability⠀to work⠀independently⠀and as⠀part of a⠀team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
