As a Law⠀Clerk, you⠀will be⠀one the⠀most⠀fast-paced⠀corporate⠀law firms,⠀your⠀responsibilities⠀include⠀coordinating⠀with our⠀clients⠀and⠀supporting⠀other⠀Attorneys⠀and⠀personnel⠀at the⠀Company in⠀relation⠀to⠀advising⠀our⠀clients on⠀the⠀application⠀of⠀international⠀and U.S.⠀consumer⠀privacy⠀rules to⠀their⠀operations;⠀Drafting⠀Privacy⠀Policies⠀and Terms⠀of Use for⠀our⠀clients⠀both in⠀U.S. and⠀India;⠀Filing⠀Privacy⠀Shield⠀Certifications⠀with the⠀U.S.⠀Department⠀of⠀Commerce⠀for our⠀Clients;⠀Drafting⠀Commercial⠀and⠀Intellectual⠀property⠀Contracts⠀for our⠀Clients;⠀Assisting⠀Attorneys⠀in⠀negotiating⠀Commercial⠀Contacts⠀for our⠀Clients⠀both in⠀the U.S.⠀and India;⠀Assisting⠀Attorneys⠀to advise⠀our⠀Clients on⠀Trademark⠀and⠀Privacy⠀Filings.⠀Education-Bachelor’s⠀Degree in⠀Law/Juris⠀Doctor⠀(J.D.)⠀degree or⠀equivalent.
