SUPERVISORY⠀RESPONSIBILITES:⠀This role⠀does not⠀involve⠀managing⠀direct⠀reports,⠀but it⠀will⠀assist in⠀coaching⠀and⠀supporting⠀supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the⠀HR⠀Director⠀and HR⠀Operations⠀Manager⠀with the⠀implementation⠀of HR⠀projects⠀and⠀initiatives.
- Support⠀in the⠀full-cycle⠀recruitment⠀process,⠀including⠀job⠀postings,⠀sourcing,⠀screening,⠀interviewing,⠀and⠀onboarding.
- Provide⠀support to⠀employees⠀in various⠀HR-related⠀topics and⠀offer⠀solutions⠀for their⠀needs.
- Collaborate⠀with⠀Training⠀and⠀Development⠀supervisors⠀to create⠀and⠀deliver⠀training⠀programs⠀that⠀enhance⠀employee⠀skills and⠀competencies.
- Offer⠀career⠀coaching⠀and⠀mentoring⠀to⠀employees,⠀assisting⠀with their⠀professional⠀growth and⠀career⠀paths.
- Displays⠀and⠀updates⠀Employment⠀Labor Law⠀posters⠀and⠀information⠀in⠀designated⠀areas.
- Maintain⠀and⠀service⠀Paycom⠀beacons⠀periodically.
- Help⠀develop⠀and⠀implement⠀initiatives⠀to support⠀employee⠀retention⠀and job⠀satisfaction.
- Promote⠀a positive⠀organizational⠀culture⠀that⠀fosters⠀engagement⠀and⠀reliability.
- Track⠀and report⠀on key⠀performance⠀indicators⠀(KPIs)⠀related to⠀HR⠀activities.

- Stay⠀informed⠀on HR⠀trends and⠀best⠀practices⠀to⠀continuously⠀improve HR⠀strategies.
- Provide⠀administrative⠀support as⠀needed,⠀including⠀preparing⠀reports,⠀maintaining⠀HR⠀records,⠀and⠀managing⠀HR-related⠀communications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s⠀degree in⠀the Human⠀Resource⠀Management⠀field or⠀any⠀combination⠀of⠀education,⠀training,⠀and work⠀experience⠀that⠀demonstrates⠀the⠀ability to⠀perform⠀the⠀duties/responsibilities⠀of this⠀position.
- HR⠀certifications⠀(SHRM-CP⠀and/or⠀PHR),⠀preferred.
- 2+⠀years of⠀experience⠀in HR⠀roles,⠀preferably⠀in⠀employee⠀relations,⠀employee⠀development,⠀or HR⠀generalist⠀functions.
