Candidates⠀for the⠀Junior⠀Architectural⠀Designer⠀position⠀must⠀exhibit a⠀strong⠀design⠀sense,⠀sound⠀technical⠀skills,⠀and an⠀ability to⠀contribute⠀to a⠀creative⠀process to⠀develop⠀innovative⠀design⠀concepts⠀and⠀solutions.⠀Ideal⠀candidates⠀will⠀demonstrate⠀the⠀following⠀attributes:

• Strong⠀graphics,⠀design,⠀organization,⠀and⠀communication⠀skills.
• High⠀proficiency⠀in the use⠀of⠀AutoCAD,⠀fluency in⠀Revit a⠀plus.
• Excellent⠀skills in⠀3D⠀Modeling⠀(Rhino)⠀and⠀Rendering⠀(Enscape,⠀V-ray).
• Outstanding⠀graphic⠀design⠀skills⠀(Adobe⠀Creative⠀Suites).
• Ability⠀to⠀communicate⠀design⠀ideas and⠀direction⠀clearly⠀and⠀effectively.
• Collaborative⠀and⠀professional⠀work⠀ethic.
• Basic⠀knowledge⠀of⠀materials,⠀construction⠀methods,⠀and⠀building⠀codes.
• Excellent⠀problem⠀solver⠀with good⠀listening⠀skills and⠀strong⠀follow-through.
• Experience⠀with⠀multi-family,⠀commercial,⠀or⠀mixed-use⠀building⠀design⠀preferred.
