IT Support Engineer with valid UAE Driving Licence

Candidates⠀should be⠀proficient⠀in Server⠀configuration,⠀diagnostics,⠀and⠀maintenance.⠀Also have⠀experience⠀with⠀computer⠀and⠀network⠀security,⠀including⠀firewalls,⠀antivirus⠀software,⠀and⠀malware⠀protection.

Candidates⠀often need⠀to provide⠀technical⠀support⠀remotely⠀and need⠀to be⠀familiar⠀with⠀virtual⠀network⠀solutions.⠀They also⠀need to⠀have⠀exceptional⠀communication⠀skills as⠀the role⠀includes⠀dealing⠀with⠀customers⠀by⠀providing⠀customer⠀support⠀and being⠀proficient⠀with the⠀use of⠀command-line⠀interfaces⠀for⠀Windows,⠀Mac OS,⠀and⠀Linux.

The⠀successful⠀candidate⠀must have⠀a minimum⠀of 2 - 4⠀years⠀experience⠀in a⠀similar⠀role and⠀must be⠀Microsoft⠀Certification.

Responsibilities:

• Design,⠀install,⠀configure,⠀and⠀maintain⠀physical⠀and⠀virtual⠀systems.
• Monitor⠀system⠀performance⠀and⠀troubleshoot⠀hardware⠀and⠀software⠀issues.
• Configure⠀and⠀maintain⠀latest⠀servers⠀and⠀Firmwares.
• Develop⠀and⠀maintain⠀system⠀documentation.
• Develop⠀and⠀maintain⠀security⠀policies⠀and⠀procedures.
• Provide⠀technical⠀support⠀for⠀users.
• Respond⠀to system⠀outages⠀and other⠀critical⠀issues.
• Maintain⠀and⠀develop⠀knowledge⠀of system⠀hardware⠀and⠀software.
• Ensure⠀compliance⠀with⠀relevant⠀standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
