Job Description:

Zero⠀Latency⠀Abu Dhabi⠀is seeking⠀an⠀enthusiastic⠀and highly⠀skilled IT⠀Specialist⠀and Game⠀Master to⠀join our⠀team. This⠀dual-role⠀position⠀involves⠀managing⠀technical-related⠀issues,⠀ensuring⠀the smooth⠀operation⠀of⠀hardware⠀and⠀software⠀systems,⠀and⠀guiding⠀customers⠀through⠀their⠀virtual⠀reality⠀experiences.⠀The⠀successful⠀candidate⠀will also⠀be⠀responsible⠀for⠀generating⠀regular⠀reports to⠀track and⠀improve⠀the⠀overall⠀customer⠀experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical⠀Support:

Diagnose⠀and⠀resolve⠀hardware⠀and⠀software⠀issues to⠀ensure all⠀VR⠀equipment⠀operates⠀at peak⠀performance.

Perform⠀routine⠀maintenance,⠀troubleshooting,⠀and⠀upgrades⠀of VR⠀systems.

Monitor⠀and⠀maintain⠀network⠀connectivity⠀to ensure⠀seamless⠀gameplay.

Game⠀Master:

Guide⠀and assist⠀customers⠀before,⠀during,⠀and after⠀their VR⠀experiences.

Manage⠀player⠀setups and⠀in-game⠀logistics,⠀including⠀calibrating⠀equipment⠀and⠀starting⠀games.

Create⠀an⠀immersive⠀and⠀enjoyable⠀environment⠀for⠀players,⠀ensuring⠀their⠀safety and⠀satisfaction.

Customer⠀Interaction:Provide⠀excellent⠀customer⠀service by⠀addressing⠀inquiries,⠀concerns,⠀and⠀feedback.

Offer⠀technical⠀advice and⠀assistance⠀to⠀players,⠀enhancing⠀their⠀overall⠀experience.

Reporting:

Generate⠀weekly and⠀monthly⠀reports⠀detailing⠀technical⠀performance,⠀customer⠀satisfaction,⠀and⠀equipment⠀maintenance.

Identify⠀areas for⠀improvement⠀and⠀recommend⠀solutions⠀to enhance⠀the VR⠀experience.

Requirements:

• Proven⠀experience⠀in IT⠀support⠀and⠀troubleshooting,⠀especially⠀with⠀hardware⠀and⠀software⠀systems.
• Strong⠀knowledge⠀of VR⠀technology⠀and⠀equipment⠀is a⠀plus.
• Excellent⠀customer⠀service⠀skills and⠀the⠀ability to⠀remain⠀calm under⠀pressure.
• Strong⠀communication⠀skills to⠀convey⠀technical⠀information⠀to⠀non-technical⠀users.
• Strong⠀problem-solving⠀and⠀critical⠀thinking⠀abilities.
• Flexible⠀schedule,⠀as this⠀position⠀may⠀require⠀working⠀evenings⠀and⠀weekends.
• Proficiency⠀in⠀Microsoft⠀Office⠀applications⠀for report⠀generation.
• Ability⠀to work⠀effectively⠀in a team⠀and take⠀initiative⠀when⠀necessary.
