IT Service Delivery Manager

Currently,⠀British⠀Airways⠀has an⠀exciting⠀opportunity⠀open for⠀an IT⠀Service⠀Delivery⠀Manager.⠀This⠀position⠀will be⠀based in⠀New York,⠀with⠀frequent⠀travel to⠀other US⠀and⠀Canadian⠀offices.

Working⠀in the⠀wider BA⠀Digital⠀directorate,⠀you will⠀be⠀involved⠀in the⠀day-to-day⠀management⠀and⠀procurement⠀of IT⠀products⠀and⠀services⠀on behalf⠀of British⠀Airways.⠀We work⠀with⠀multiple⠀teams⠀across the⠀business⠀and third⠀party⠀suppliers,⠀to⠀coordinate⠀and⠀deliver IT⠀services⠀to a⠀defined⠀user⠀community.

What you'll do:

• Manage and⠀resolve IT⠀incidents⠀to agreed⠀service⠀levels,⠀raising⠀where⠀appropriate⠀to⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀management.
• Operate⠀all⠀computer⠀rooms to⠀British⠀Airways⠀standards⠀using⠀defined⠀processes.
• Provide⠀technical⠀expertise⠀and⠀guidance⠀to support⠀Technology⠀Services⠀staff and⠀partners.
• Evaluate⠀and cost⠀small to⠀medium IT⠀products⠀and⠀services,⠀seeing⠀these⠀through⠀from⠀approval⠀to⠀delivery.
