Identifying⠀components⠀of the⠀ITIL⠀Framework⠀and ISO⠀20000⠀standard⠀which are⠀appropriate⠀to the⠀department⠀and⠀related to⠀business⠀functions

Prioritising⠀and⠀implement⠀components⠀within the⠀agreed⠀timeframe

Ensuring⠀changes⠀are⠀aligned⠀with ITIL⠀Practices⠀without⠀impacting⠀on⠀existing⠀services⠀or service⠀levels

a⠀problem⠀solver and⠀pushing⠀ahead the⠀implementation⠀to ensure⠀successful⠀project⠀completion⠀in 12⠀months⠀period.
