Program Overview:

The Leadership Development Program is designed for undergraduate seniors who are eager to gain meaningful work experience in a global business environment. Through this program, you will be presented with functional role assignments and the opportunity to engage with various IT challenges faced by Dover’s diverse business sectors. By the end of the program, you will have the chance to present your results to senior leadership, receiving real-time feedback on your contributions.

Who We Are Looking For:

This program is ideal for rising seniors who are:

  • Interested in pursuing a career in information technology.
  • Strong communicators with the ability to work in a global business environment.
  • Analytical thinkers with attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.
  • Flexible and willing to relocate for rotational assignments upon graduation.
  • Currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in a related field (graduating by May 2025).

Program Assignments:

Participants in the program will focus on developing skills in one or more of the following IT functional areas:

  • Business Intelligence
  • Project Management
  • Application Development
  • Cyber Security
  • Strategic Initiatives

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in an IT career.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively.
  • Must be available to begin the program in June 2025.
  • Geographical flexibility for relocation is required.
