Description Job Description


  • Assigning⠀code for⠀every⠀order⠀received⠀and⠀controlling⠀that all⠀orders are⠀fulfilled⠀and⠀recorded⠀in⠀system.
  • Creating⠀clients,⠀producers,⠀and⠀sub-producers⠀in IT⠀system.
  • Encoding⠀policies,⠀commissions,⠀and⠀clients’⠀data in⠀the IT⠀application.
  • Encoding⠀the VAT⠀and other⠀similar⠀taxes.
  • Invoicing⠀the⠀commissions.
  • Maintaining⠀the data⠀(Customers⠀/⠀Producers⠀/⠀Carriers)⠀up to⠀date.
  • Archiving⠀and⠀handling⠀all⠀archiving⠀process by⠀filing all⠀invoices,⠀policies,⠀and⠀documents⠀related to⠀policies.

Educational qualifications:

  • BA degree⠀in⠀accounting,⠀finance or⠀any⠀related⠀field.
  • Be⠀accepted⠀by the⠀regulator⠀whenever⠀required.

Skills and competencies:

  • 5 to 7⠀years of⠀experience⠀in a⠀similar or⠀closely⠀related⠀role.
  • Attention⠀to detail⠀and⠀accuracy.
  • Strong⠀organizational⠀skills.
  • Proficiency⠀in IT⠀systems,⠀especially⠀accounting⠀software,⠀and⠀Microsoft⠀Excel.
  • Knowledge⠀of tax⠀laws and⠀regulations.
  • Strong⠀written⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀skills.
  • Time⠀management⠀skills.
  • Ability⠀to work⠀independently⠀and⠀prioritize⠀tasks⠀effectively.
  • Knowledge⠀of⠀invoicing⠀and⠀billing⠀processes.

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 4 years (Preferred)
