Morgan Stanley is seeking a Coordinator for Parametric, which is part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days in the office and the remainder remotely.
About the Role:
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage work and deadlines using project management systems, including scheduling meetings and tracking progress.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for work planning and business intelligence.
- Monitor and route new work requests, ensuring proper handling and completion.
- Act as a point of contact for the team and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Support client-facing investment professionals by managing calendars and ensuring meeting preparation.
- Contribute to workflow and process improvements and maintain process documentation.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to changing plans and priorities; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Client service orientation and positive approach.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity with Confluence, Salesforce, and/or Workfront being a plus.
Benefits:
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, with potential for annual discretionary incentive compensation.
