As a Trade Settlement Analyst within the Investment Management Group of Deutsche Bank's Trust and Agency Services, you will handle back-office trade settlements for Corporate Trust clients. This role involves interacting with internal and external parties to ensure accurate and timely settlement and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Monitoring and Settlement:
    • Monitor and settle trades across various markets, including DTC, US Federal Reserve, Euroclear & Clearstream, and Mutual Funds.
    • Process Corporate Action notifications.
    • Allocate principal & interest (P&I) payments and dividends to client investment accounts.
    • Generate and control wire payments.
    • Resolve client inquiries.
    • Conduct end-of-day settlement and reconciliation.

Skills Required:

  • Risk Mitigation: Understanding of risk management in trade settlements.
  • Securities Industry Experience: Familiarity with securities and trade processes.
  • Client Relationship Experience: Experience in managing client interactions and resolving issues.
  • Deadline Sensitivity: Ability to meet strict settlement and payment deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Expectations:

  • The role is expected to be based in Jacksonville, FL, in alignment with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 to $62,750.00 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on experience, skills, education, location, and other qualifications. The range does not include incentive compensation or other types of remuneration.
