Inverto's North American People Team is seeking a People Team Specialist to provide strategic, logistical, and administrative support across North America (NAMR). As a People Team Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the growth and professional development of Inverto’s consultants, who work across the private, public, and social sectors to deliver impactful solutions. This position involves partnering with the Business Management Leader (BML), Talent Managers, and other leaders to help align employees’ growth with Inverto’s strategic goals. The role will also evolve over time, incorporating additional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Career Development
- Oversee the career development processes for NAMR Inverto staff, including communication with consulting and business services teams.
- Manage all aspects of Career Development Meetings (CDM) in collaboration with EMESA timelines, focusing on preparation, performance reviews, and follow-up tasks.
- Participate actively in CDM meetings, recognizing themes across profiles and cohorts.
- Facilitate consulting staff communications, including onboarding sessions, training, and cohort meetings.
- Partner with Talent Managers and HR on strategic initiatives to enhance the career experience.
Learning & Development
- Ensure consulting staff receive appropriate training, working closely with regional and global teams as needed.
- Develop and manage local training programs and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate Mission Week training with the EMESA ITC on procurement-specific content.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Support DEI initiatives, managing logistical, strategic, and administrative needs.
- Lead new DEI network engagement programs and coordinate efforts across consulting cohorts.
- Maintain DEI communication channels and prepare relevant meeting materials.
Mobility
- Coordinate office transfer programs for consulting cohorts, including the Global Ambassador Program.
Teaming
- Collaborate with Inverto Teaming to understand case team dynamics, providing additional support where needed.
- Partner with Talent Managers to coordinate effective teaming activities.
Other Duties
- Perform other tasks and special projects in support of the BML’s operational and strategic efforts.
What You Bring (Experience & Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years of administrative or HR experience, ideally within a professional services environment.

- Comfortable handling a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to synthesize information and proactively solve problems with a client-focused approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint preferred; familiarity with modern tools like Slack and Trello is beneficial.
