Description Job Description


This role is central to managing the professional development and growth of INVERTO staff within the consulting organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Business Management Leaders (BML), Talent Managers, and Inverto leadership, to facilitate career development, learning, and diversity initiatives. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Staff Development: Oversee career development for NAMR INVERTO staff, managing career development processes and ensuring communication with consulting and BST staff.
  • CDM Coordination: Manage and attend Career Development Meetings (CDM) and ensure smooth preparation, follow-up, and performance review processes.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with Talent Managers, HR, and BMLs to enhance career experiences and implement local strategic initiatives.
  • Onboarding & Updates: Facilitate onboarding sessions, training programs, and regular updates for consulting staff.


Learning & Development:

  • Training Management: Ensure consulting staff receives appropriate training and learning opportunities. Develop and implement local training programs and manage vendor relationships.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coordinate mentoring resources and monitor individual coaching needs for staff.
  • Mission Week Trainings: Coordinate with the ITC for Mission Week training related to procurement.


Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):

  • Program Support: Provide strategic and logistical support for DEI programs and initiatives, promoting engagement across all consulting cohorts.
  • Communication & Coordination: Handle DEI communications, prepare meeting materials, and follow-up with key stakeholders.


Mobility & Teaming:

  • Office Transfer Coordination: Manage office transfer experiences, including global ambassador programs.
  • Teaming Support: Collaborate with the Talent Manager and Teaming initiatives to ensure efficient team dynamics and cross-project support.


Other Responsibilities:

  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist in other operational and strategic projects as required, supporting BML efforts.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of administrative support or HR experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm.
  • Skills:
    • Highly organized with attention to detail.
    • Comfortable with multitasking and handling fragmented responsibilities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern office applications (e.g., Slack, Trello).
