International Production Manager

Epic Piping is seeking a Production Manager to lead and manage the production operations at its pipe fabrication facility. As a key part of the team, you will coordinate activities of workers, ensure adherence to safety standards, and meet production goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Safety and Regulations: Enforce safety and sanitation rules to ensure a safe work environment.
• Team Management: Direct and coordinate activities of welders, fabricators, and inspectors to meet production requirements.
• Production Oversight: Analyze work orders, production schedules, and reports to track progress and adjust workflow as needed.
• Inter-department Coordination: Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure seamless operations across departments.
• Work Assignments: Plan work schedules and assign tasks to meet production targets efficiently.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials and products to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.
• Training and Demonstration: Train new employees on equipment operation, safety, and procedures or assign them to experienced workers for guidance.
• Equipment Monitoring: Observe machinery and operators to ensure standards are met.
• Conflict Resolution: Work with management or subordinates to address any worker grievances or operational issues.
• Interpretation and Reporting: Translate specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers and maintain production records.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend methods for improving production efficiency, product quality, or safety.
• Inventory Management: Requisition necessary materials and equipment.
• Personnel Management: Make hiring, promotion, and personnel recommendations.
• Machine Setup: Adjust and maintain equipment as required.
• New Products and Processes: Assist in planning and developing new production processes and products.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 10+ years of industry or management experience.
