Job Description

As an⠀Operations⠀Analyst on⠀our⠀dynamic⠀Talent⠀Acquisition⠀(TA)⠀Programs⠀team, you⠀will focus⠀on process⠀improvement,⠀data⠀analysis,⠀and⠀documentation⠀to lead⠀positive⠀change in⠀our global⠀organization.⠀Reporting⠀to our⠀Senior⠀Manager of⠀Global⠀Talent⠀Attraction⠀and⠀Employee⠀Onboarding,⠀you will⠀bring your⠀curiosity⠀and unique⠀point of⠀view to⠀help our⠀organization⠀scale⠀globally⠀aligned,⠀high⠀impact⠀programs.

Responsibilities

Identify⠀and⠀research⠀current⠀state⠀processes,⠀pain⠀points,⠀inefficiencies,⠀and the⠀best⠀opportunities⠀for⠀improvement
Recommend⠀new⠀methods to⠀improve⠀the⠀experience⠀and⠀productivity⠀of⠀internal⠀programs
Work⠀on program⠀focus⠀areas such⠀as⠀operations,⠀hiring,⠀onboarding,⠀marketing,⠀events,⠀social⠀media and⠀partnerships

Minimum Qualifications

Must be⠀currently⠀enrolled⠀in a⠀full-time,⠀degree⠀program⠀with focus⠀in⠀business,⠀human⠀resources,⠀data⠀analytics⠀or related⠀studies

About the⠀U.S.⠀Intern⠀Program

The⠀2024 U.S.⠀program⠀runs for⠀12 weeks⠀(May 20⠀– August⠀9 or June⠀17 –⠀September⠀6). Salary⠀Transparency

Salary⠀is one⠀part of⠀Autodesk’s⠀competitive⠀compensation⠀package.⠀Offers are⠀based on⠀the⠀candidate’s⠀experience,⠀educational⠀level, and⠀geographic⠀location,⠀and can⠀exceed⠀this⠀range.

For⠀U.S.-based⠀roles, we⠀expect a⠀starting⠀annualized⠀intern⠀base⠀salary to⠀be⠀between:

$47,840 and $95,680 (undergraduate students)
$72,800 and $118,500 (Masters/MBA students)
$118,560 and $162,240 (PhD students)
