Responsibilities:

• Responsible⠀for⠀processing⠀Taxable⠀Corporate⠀Actions in⠀Tax⠀technology⠀applications⠀as related⠀to tax⠀reporting,⠀withholding,⠀documentation,⠀& tax⠀allocation⠀systems.
• Responsible⠀to⠀identify⠀securities⠀events⠀resulting⠀in taxable⠀corporate⠀actions.⠀Create⠀event⠀specific⠀certifications⠀to be⠀distributed⠀to clients⠀for⠀Section⠀302⠀distributions.
• Communicates⠀to⠀technology⠀partners,⠀ensures⠀controls⠀are⠀followed.
• Attention⠀to detail,⠀ability to⠀identify &⠀document⠀defects.
• Appropriately⠀assess⠀risk when⠀business⠀decisions⠀are made,⠀demonstrating⠀particular⠀consideration⠀for the⠀firm's⠀reputation⠀and⠀safeguarding⠀Citigroup,⠀its⠀clients⠀and⠀assets, by⠀driving⠀compliance⠀with⠀applicable⠀laws,⠀rules and⠀regulations,⠀adhering⠀to Policy,⠀applying⠀sound⠀ethical⠀judgment⠀regarding⠀personal⠀behavior,⠀conduct⠀and⠀business⠀practices,⠀and⠀escalating,⠀managing⠀and⠀reporting⠀control⠀issues⠀with⠀transparency.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years⠀relevant⠀experience
• Strong⠀communication⠀(written⠀and⠀verbal)⠀and⠀interpersonal⠀skills
• Microsoft⠀Office⠀Suite⠀experience;⠀especially⠀Excel
• Must⠀be⠀eligible⠀to work in⠀US. This⠀position⠀does not⠀offer VISA⠀sponsorship.
• This⠀location⠀will be at⠀our Tampa,⠀FL office⠀and is⠀eligible⠀for Hybrid⠀work, 2⠀days in⠀the office⠀per week⠀is⠀required.

Salary⠀Range: $62,620.00⠀-⠀$87,380.00
