Key Responsibilities:

Engage⠀with⠀potential⠀and⠀existing⠀clients in⠀person,⠀via phone,⠀email and⠀online⠀platforms⠀to⠀understand⠀their⠀needs and⠀preferences.
Collaborate⠀on⠀interiors⠀projects,⠀including⠀client⠀needs,⠀conceptual⠀and⠀schematic⠀design,⠀design⠀development,⠀and⠀management⠀of budgets⠀and⠀schedules.
Resolve⠀customer⠀concerns⠀regarding⠀products⠀and⠀services⠀to ensure⠀a positive⠀customer⠀experience
Create⠀detailed⠀and⠀accurate⠀sales⠀quote⠀detailing⠀selected⠀products,⠀quantities,⠀and⠀pricing,⠀presenting⠀timely and⠀professionally,⠀with⠀appropriately⠀timed⠀client⠀follow-up.
Using⠀Salesforce,⠀maintain⠀accurate⠀records of⠀all⠀communications,⠀quotes and⠀client⠀interactions.
Strive⠀to achieve⠀and exceed⠀sales⠀goals⠀given by⠀showroom
Collaborate⠀as a team⠀to⠀generate⠀new⠀clients⠀and⠀cultivate⠀sales

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s⠀degree or⠀equivalent⠀preferred
Intermediate⠀level⠀knowledge⠀of⠀Microsoft⠀Suite –⠀Word/Excel/Powerpoint
Microsoft⠀Outlook⠀– Inbox⠀Management
Experience⠀in⠀Salesforce⠀a plus, or⠀other CRM⠀system
Minimum⠀of two⠀years of⠀inside⠀sales⠀experience,⠀order⠀processing,⠀payment⠀deposits
Excellent⠀communication⠀skills,⠀written⠀and⠀verbal
Physical⠀Requirements-⠀must be⠀able to⠀lift and⠀move up to⠀10#
Sitting,⠀standing⠀and⠀walking⠀throughout⠀the day
