The Role:
We’re looking for an Infrastructure IT Project Manager to oversee critical IT projects for hotel openings, renovations, and expansions. This role involves ensuring the integration of technology infrastructure in Hyatt’s new and renovated hotels, from reviewing IT designs to collaborating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with Hyatt standards
• Review IT designs for new builds, renovations, and expansions
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to implement low-voltage, network, and security infrastructure
• Ensure IT space planning and technology requirements, such as power, HVAC, and fire suppression, are met
• Document all design issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them
• Conduct site visits to ensure design and implementation are on track
• Maintain and update infrastructure standards, ensuring compliance with industry and brand requirements

Qualifications:

• Required: 3-5 years of experience in hotel IT, IT network infrastructure design, or a similar role
• Preferred:
  • Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in blueprint reviews for low voltage, CCTV, and MATV systems
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
