Indoor Sales

• Primary⠀responsible⠀to⠀increase⠀sales by⠀selling⠀products⠀and⠀meeting⠀the⠀customer⠀needs
• Stay⠀up to date⠀with⠀merchandise,⠀especially⠀new⠀products
• Ensuring⠀high⠀levels of⠀customer⠀satisfaction⠀through⠀excellent⠀sales⠀service
• Maintaining⠀outstanding⠀store⠀condition⠀and visual⠀merchandising⠀standards
• Examine⠀products⠀being⠀purchased⠀for⠀damages,⠀expirations,⠀and⠀product⠀accuracy⠀inside the⠀packaging.
• Replenishes⠀the stocks⠀on display⠀and⠀ensures⠀the⠀availability⠀of stocks⠀in the⠀selling⠀area
• Making⠀sure that⠀merchandise⠀are⠀arranged⠀properly⠀on⠀display
• Ensure⠀a High⠀level of⠀satisfaction⠀through⠀excellent⠀services

Customer Engagement

• Acknowledge⠀the⠀presence⠀of the⠀customers⠀by⠀greeting⠀them with⠀a smile⠀and⠀maintaining⠀eye⠀contact.
• Recommend,⠀select,⠀and help⠀locate or⠀obtain⠀merchandise⠀based on⠀customer⠀needs and⠀desires
• Describe⠀merchandise⠀and⠀explain⠀use and⠀operation,⠀provide⠀information⠀about⠀warranties,⠀manufacturing⠀specifications,⠀care, and⠀maintenance⠀of the⠀product
• extend⠀help and⠀assistance⠀to the⠀customer/patient⠀who is in⠀a⠀wheelchair⠀or with⠀crutches,⠀handicapped⠀or person⠀with a⠀disability⠀that might⠀need⠀assistance⠀by⠀carrying⠀the item/s⠀bought and⠀assisting⠀them in⠀going back⠀in their⠀car.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales and Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Medical Equipment Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

• UAE ATTESTED UNIVERSITY CERTIFICATE (Preferred)
