We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a productive and positive workplace culture, while maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Alignment:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy and organizational goals.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and the onboarding of new employees.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline hiring processes and maintain candidate databases.
- Employee Orientation & Integration:
- Lead employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company and familiarized with organizational culture.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Training & Development:
- Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills, career growth, and overall workforce development.
- Organizational Design & Workforce Optimization:
- Collaborate with management on organization design initiatives to optimize workforce effectiveness and organizational structure.
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
- Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure a positive, healthy work environment.
- HR Systems & Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate employee records using HR software platforms such as Paylocity and Dayforce.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Human Capital Management:
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Proficiency in recruiting techniques, talent acquisition strategies, and the use of ATS platforms.
- Organization Design & Workforce Optimization:
- Experience with organization design concepts and implementation strategies.
- Performance Management Systems:
- Proven ability in utilizing performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Time & Task Management:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Education/Certification:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification required.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in HR management and overseeing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations is preferred.
