We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the effective integration of new hires, employee development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Alignment:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals and objectives.
  • Employee Onboarding:

    • Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company culture and operations.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
    • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment and maintain candidate databases.
  • Performance Management:

    • Implement performance management systems to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Training & Development:

    • Design and facilitate training development programs to improve employee skills and foster career growth.
  • Organization Design & Workforce Optimization:

    • Collaborate with management on organization design initiatives to ensure optimal workforce effectiveness.
  • Employee Records Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HR software, including Paylocity and Dayforce.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge & Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of human capital management principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in recruiting techniques and best practices for talent acquisition.
    • Experience with organization design concepts and implementation strategies.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Familiarity with ATS platforms for efficient recruitment processes.
    • Experience with HR software like Paylocity and Dayforce.
  • Performance Management:

    • Proven ability to implement and manage performance management systems to drive engagement and productivity.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills:

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications:

    • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is required.
