In your role you will:

- Supports⠀Labor and⠀Employee⠀relations⠀within the⠀business.⠀Acts as⠀2nd chair⠀negotiator⠀and lead⠀negotiator⠀(as⠀needed)⠀for all⠀labor⠀contracts⠀within the⠀assigned⠀business⠀area⠀including⠀all pre,⠀during,⠀and post⠀activities.
- Preperation⠀of reports⠀for⠀customer,⠀corporate⠀office and⠀various⠀government⠀agencies.
- Maintains⠀employee⠀files and⠀employment⠀claims⠀properly⠀documented

As our ideal candidate, you possess:
- Bachelor/Master⠀(Economics,⠀Law,⠀Psychology,⠀Social⠀sciences,⠀Administration,⠀or a⠀relevant⠀field);
- Ideally,⠀at least⠀five (5)⠀years of⠀experience⠀in a⠀related⠀industry,⠀resolving⠀complex⠀employee⠀relations⠀issues⠀with at⠀least two⠀(2) years⠀of⠀experience⠀leading⠀union⠀relations⠀activities,⠀with a⠀record of⠀achievements.⠀No⠀management⠀experience⠀required;
- Certifications⠀for Human⠀Resources⠀Professionals⠀(PHR,⠀SPHR,⠀SHRM-CP,⠀SHRM-SCP)⠀is an⠀asset;
- Experience⠀in HR and⠀People⠀Strategies,⠀People⠀Management;
- Prior⠀experience⠀acting in⠀a lead⠀negotiator⠀role⠀preferred;
- Experience⠀in a⠀Unionized⠀enviroment⠀required;
- Travel⠀required,⠀this⠀position⠀is⠀expected⠀to work on⠀site.
