Trane Technologies is hiring a Human Resource Business Partner to support its mission of creating sustainable climate solutions. This on-site role will drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on labor relations, workforce management, and employee engagement, specifically within a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing labor relations, supporting talent acquisition and development, facilitating conflict resolution, and leading initiatives for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and workforce management to align with business goals.
  • Support positive labor relations, manage grievances, and represent the company in labor negotiations.
  • Partner with plant leadership on recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and development to ensure workforce capabilities.
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, overtime) to drive continuous improvement through Lean methodologies.
  • Conduct training on HR practices and compliance, ensure smooth employee communications, and lead workplace investigations.
  • Develop employee engagement strategies to foster a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a unionized manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with labor relations, conflict resolution, and cultural transformation in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
