YOUR ROLE

• Coordinates⠀and⠀executes⠀HR⠀activities⠀and⠀administrative⠀tasks to⠀ensure⠀effective⠀day-to-day⠀HR⠀operations
• Act⠀as the⠀point of⠀contact⠀for⠀employees⠀on HR⠀topics,⠀providing⠀guidance,⠀counselling,⠀and⠀training⠀to⠀first-line⠀managers⠀and⠀employees,⠀escalating⠀more⠀complex⠀issues to⠀the⠀Director⠀of Human⠀Resources.
• Supports⠀small⠀group of⠀internal⠀clients⠀and helps⠀develop/implement⠀HR⠀practices,⠀solutions⠀and⠀strategies
• Ensures⠀onboarding,⠀internal⠀movements⠀and⠀offboarding⠀processes⠀are⠀positive⠀experiences⠀for⠀employees.
• Provides⠀HR support⠀for Henkel⠀location⠀including⠀participation⠀in⠀planning⠀and⠀execution⠀of⠀employee⠀engagement⠀activities.

YOUR SKILLS

• 2-3 years+⠀experience⠀in human⠀resources,⠀preferably⠀as an HR⠀Generalist⠀Experience⠀of⠀employee⠀relations,⠀performance⠀management⠀and⠀stakeholder⠀management
• Experience⠀of working⠀collaboratively⠀in a⠀fast-paced⠀environment
• First⠀class⠀organizational⠀skills⠀with the⠀ability to⠀manage⠀conflicting⠀priorities
• Outstanding⠀communication⠀skills
• Bachelors⠀in field⠀of Human⠀Resources,⠀or related⠀field⠀highly⠀preferred
