Responsibilities:

- Lead⠀the⠀recruitment⠀process by⠀posting⠀job⠀listings,⠀supporting⠀a search⠀committee,⠀and⠀communicating⠀with⠀prospective⠀candidates
- Support⠀the⠀onboarding⠀process⠀for new⠀full-time⠀and⠀part-time⠀employees,⠀including⠀the⠀verification⠀of I-9⠀materials,⠀background⠀screening⠀verification,⠀and⠀coordination⠀with⠀various⠀departments
- Provide⠀excellent⠀customer⠀service;⠀serving⠀employees⠀with⠀accurate⠀information,⠀alternative⠀resources,⠀and⠀individual⠀assistance
- Assist⠀with the⠀processing⠀of⠀bi-monthly⠀payroll
- Other⠀duties as⠀assigned⠀or⠀required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's⠀degree
- Strong⠀verbal and⠀written⠀communication⠀skills,⠀Spanish⠀speaking⠀would be⠀desirable

Compensation and Benefits
This is a⠀full-time,⠀non-exempt⠀position⠀with⠀salary and⠀full⠀benefits.⠀The⠀compensation⠀package⠀will be⠀very⠀competitive⠀nationally⠀and⠀commensurate⠀with⠀experience,⠀degree⠀attainment,⠀and the⠀national⠀independent⠀school and⠀college⠀markets.
