A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an HR Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.
Candidate must have Pharmaceutical experience.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Analyze,⠀develop,⠀and⠀implement⠀HR⠀strategies⠀and⠀initiatives⠀aligned⠀with the⠀overall⠀business⠀strategy.
- Oversees⠀all HR⠀strategy⠀and⠀activities⠀and⠀ensures⠀the proper⠀implementation⠀of⠀HR-related⠀policies⠀and⠀procedures.
- Responsible⠀for talent⠀attraction,⠀talent⠀management,⠀employee⠀development,⠀compensation⠀and⠀benefits,⠀and⠀personnel-related⠀affairs⠀across the⠀Company as⠀well as⠀enhancing⠀the⠀Company’s⠀overall⠀Human⠀Resources⠀practices.
- Drive⠀appropriate⠀learning⠀and⠀development⠀initiatives⠀as well as⠀succession⠀planning.
- Develop⠀and update⠀HR⠀policies⠀and⠀procedures⠀in⠀alignment⠀with the⠀organization’s⠀goals and⠀objectives.
- Implement⠀performance⠀appraisal⠀systems.
- Must⠀ensure⠀compliance⠀with all⠀relevant⠀laws and⠀regulations.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s⠀degree in⠀Human⠀Resources,⠀Business⠀Administration,⠀or⠀similar.⠀Master’s⠀degree/ HR⠀certifications⠀are an⠀advantage.
- Minimum⠀12 – 14⠀years’⠀experience⠀relevant⠀experience.
- Proven⠀experience⠀as an HR⠀Manager⠀within the⠀Pharmaceutical⠀industry.
- Experience⠀with⠀employee⠀relations,⠀talent⠀acquisition,⠀and⠀performance⠀management
- In-depth⠀knowledge⠀of⠀pharmaceutical⠀industry⠀regulations⠀and⠀compliance.
- Knowledge⠀of HR⠀Software⠀such as⠀SAP, ESAT,⠀HRMS/HRIS,⠀or⠀similar.
- Excellent⠀verbal and⠀written⠀communication⠀skills in⠀English.⠀Arabic is⠀a⠀plus.
