Responsibilities
- Recruit⠀and⠀Onboard⠀new hires⠀Conduct⠀performance⠀management⠀and⠀provide⠀feedback⠀Manage⠀Payroll⠀and⠀benefits⠀for⠀employees
- Maintain⠀accurate⠀and⠀up-to-date⠀records of⠀all⠀regulatory⠀activities,⠀submissions,⠀and⠀approvals.
- Stay⠀informed⠀about⠀industry⠀best⠀practices⠀and share⠀knowledge⠀with⠀colleagues.
- Ensure⠀compliance⠀with⠀local,⠀national,⠀and⠀international⠀pharmaceutical⠀regulations,⠀standards,⠀and⠀guidelines.
- Maintain⠀updated⠀knowledge⠀of⠀regulatory⠀changes⠀and⠀communicate⠀their⠀impact to⠀relevant⠀departments.
- Liaise⠀with⠀regulatory⠀authorities⠀for⠀submissions,⠀inspections,⠀and⠀audits.
- Manage⠀import and⠀export⠀permits⠀and⠀documentation⠀for⠀pharmaceutical⠀products⠀and raw⠀materials.
Qualifications
- Master's⠀degree in⠀HRM
- Minimum⠀2+ years'⠀experience⠀as Human⠀Resources⠀Manager
- Strong⠀recruiting⠀and⠀demonstrated⠀ability to⠀improve⠀talent⠀acquisition⠀strategies
- Demonstrated⠀expertise⠀in⠀training⠀managers⠀and⠀employees
- Strong⠀organizational,⠀critical⠀thinking,⠀and⠀communications⠀skills
- Attention⠀to detail⠀and good⠀judgment
