Help Desk Representative

The Help Desk Representative provides technical support for internal and external users of computer applications and hardware. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating complex cases, and ensuring effective troubleshooting across devices and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve technical inquiries received via phone, email, and help desk applications.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and enterprise applications on laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
• Log detailed support tickets for escalation and reporting purposes.
• Execute access requests and assigned project tasks.
• Identify trends, suggest process improvements, and create troubleshooting guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Two-year degree or equivalent experience (required).
  • Four-year degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (preferred).
• Experience:
  • 2+ years in a Help Desk/Technical Support role.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Windows configuration and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and assist end users via phone and email.
