About the role
The Head⠀of Finance⠀Systems &⠀Operations⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀managing⠀the⠀process⠀and system⠀improvements⠀in support⠀of the⠀Finance⠀organization.⠀This role⠀will also⠀be⠀responsible⠀for⠀managing⠀the⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀team of⠀administrators⠀and⠀developers⠀supporting⠀the⠀applications.⠀This role⠀is also⠀responsible⠀for⠀partnering⠀with the⠀business⠀to define⠀the key⠀priorities⠀and to⠀build and⠀maintain a⠀roadmap.

Requirements
- 8+ years⠀in Finance⠀and⠀Operations⠀roles
- Workday⠀FDM⠀experience⠀preferred
- Experience⠀working in⠀a fast⠀paced⠀environment;⠀with⠀private⠀and public⠀company⠀experience
- Ability⠀to work⠀cross⠀functionally⠀and⠀develop⠀strong⠀relationships⠀with⠀internal⠀stakeholders
- Prior⠀management⠀experience
