Requirements

About the role

The Head⠀of Finance⠀Systems &⠀Operations⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀managing⠀the⠀process⠀and system⠀improvements⠀in support⠀of the⠀Finance⠀organization.⠀This role⠀will also⠀be⠀responsible⠀for⠀managing⠀the⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀team of⠀administrators⠀and⠀developers⠀supporting⠀the⠀applications.⠀This role⠀is also⠀responsible⠀for⠀partnering⠀with the⠀business⠀to define⠀the key⠀priorities⠀and to⠀build and⠀maintain a⠀roadmap.

• Responsible⠀for system⠀and⠀process⠀improvements⠀in support⠀of⠀Financial⠀operations
• Bring⠀best⠀practice⠀experience⠀to current⠀processes⠀based on a⠀strong⠀understanding⠀of⠀financial⠀reporting,⠀internal⠀controls,⠀forecasting⠀and data⠀analytics
• Ability⠀to apply⠀critical⠀and⠀analytical⠀thinking⠀to drive⠀effective⠀solutions⠀and⠀outcomes
• Responsible⠀for⠀managing a⠀Program⠀Management⠀office to⠀drive⠀critical⠀finance⠀initiatives
• Provide⠀IT⠀oversight⠀for⠀Workday⠀Financials⠀platform,⠀including⠀support of⠀critical⠀processes⠀including⠀Procure to⠀Pay,⠀Record to⠀Report,⠀treasury⠀and⠀monthly⠀close⠀processes
• Responsible⠀for the⠀successful⠀maintenance⠀of all⠀aspects of⠀Financial⠀modules⠀within⠀Workday
• Maintain⠀System⠀interfaces⠀and⠀Integrations⠀with other⠀critical⠀business⠀systems
• Build⠀strong⠀partnership⠀with key⠀business⠀stakeholders⠀and⠀provide⠀ongoing⠀support⠀for⠀critical⠀business⠀activities
• In⠀partnership⠀with the⠀business,⠀work to⠀prioritize⠀key⠀business⠀initiatives⠀and create⠀roadmap to⠀track and⠀execute⠀progress⠀of key⠀initiatives
• Collaborate⠀with users⠀to provide⠀excellent⠀support⠀and⠀expertise⠀related to⠀system⠀options,⠀limitations,⠀and⠀dependencies
• Provide⠀recommendations⠀for⠀related⠀enhancements⠀and⠀upgrades
• Communicate⠀effectively⠀with⠀project⠀stakeholders⠀across⠀teams and⠀levels
• Manage⠀team of⠀Workday⠀administrators⠀and⠀developers;⠀which may⠀include⠀both⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀resources

Requirements

• 8+ years⠀in Finance⠀and⠀Operations⠀roles
• Workday⠀FDM⠀experience⠀preferred
• Experience⠀working in⠀a fast⠀paced⠀environment;⠀with⠀private⠀and public⠀company⠀experience
• Ability⠀to work⠀cross⠀functionally⠀and⠀develop⠀strong⠀relationships⠀with⠀internal⠀stakeholders
• Prior⠀management⠀experience
• Experience⠀managing⠀programs⠀and⠀projects
• Ability⠀to⠀effectively⠀communicate⠀to⠀stakeholders⠀at all⠀levels
• Proven⠀track⠀record of⠀execution-driven⠀results⠀and⠀meeting⠀commitments
• Self-motivated,⠀quick⠀learner,⠀and able⠀to thrive⠀in a⠀fast-paced⠀environment
• Well⠀organized⠀and able⠀to work in⠀a complex⠀and⠀multifaceted⠀environment

Salary Range: $185,000 - $230,000 /year + equity + (great) benefits!
