We are⠀seeking a⠀highly⠀qualified⠀and⠀experienced⠀Finance⠀Manager⠀who is CMA⠀and CFA⠀certified,⠀possesses⠀a⠀Bachelor’s⠀degree in⠀Finance,⠀Accounting,⠀or a⠀related⠀field, and⠀demonstrates⠀a proven⠀track⠀record in⠀financial⠀leadership⠀and⠀strategic⠀financial⠀management.⠀The ideal⠀candidate⠀will also⠀have⠀extensive⠀experience⠀in⠀budgeting,⠀financial⠀analysis,⠀and⠀financial⠀management⠀within a⠀group of⠀multiple⠀entity⠀structures,⠀proficiency⠀in⠀job/project⠀costing,⠀and⠀excellent⠀bank⠀relationship⠀management⠀skills.⠀This⠀individual⠀will play⠀a key role⠀in⠀managing⠀the⠀financial⠀health and⠀strategic⠀direction⠀of our⠀group of⠀companies.

Responsibilities:

Budgeting⠀Leadership:⠀Lead and⠀manage the⠀monthly,⠀quarterly,⠀and annual⠀budgeting⠀process⠀for our⠀group of⠀companies,⠀ensuring⠀accuracy,⠀alignment⠀with⠀strategic⠀goals, and⠀the⠀efficient⠀allocation⠀of⠀resources.
Financial⠀Analysis:⠀Conduct⠀comprehensive⠀financial⠀analysis⠀to provide⠀insights⠀into the⠀financial⠀performance⠀of each⠀entity⠀within the⠀group,⠀identifying⠀areas for⠀improvement⠀and⠀cost-saving⠀opportunities.
Strategic⠀Financial⠀Management:⠀Develop⠀and⠀implement⠀financial⠀strategies⠀and⠀policies⠀that⠀contribute⠀to the⠀achievement⠀of the⠀organization’s⠀long-term⠀financial⠀goals.
Multi-Entity⠀Financial⠀Management:⠀Manage the⠀financial⠀affairs of⠀multiple⠀entities⠀within the⠀group,⠀ensuring⠀financial⠀compliance,⠀efficient⠀cash flow,⠀and⠀optimal⠀resource⠀utilization.
Job/Project⠀Costing:⠀Utilize⠀your⠀proficiency⠀in job and⠀project⠀costing to⠀ensure⠀accurate⠀cost⠀allocation⠀and⠀monitor⠀project⠀profitability.
Bank⠀Relationship⠀Management:⠀Maintain⠀strong⠀relationships⠀with banks⠀and⠀financial⠀institutions,⠀ensuring⠀access to⠀necessary⠀funding⠀and⠀resources⠀for the⠀organization’s⠀operations⠀and⠀growth.
Fund⠀Flow⠀Management:⠀Oversee⠀the⠀overall⠀fund flow⠀management,⠀optimizing⠀liquidity⠀and⠀ensuring⠀the⠀financial⠀stability⠀of the⠀organization.
Monthly⠀Finance⠀KPIs:⠀Develop,⠀monitor,⠀and report⠀on key⠀financial⠀performance⠀indicators,⠀providing⠀insights⠀to support⠀decision-making⠀and⠀strategic⠀planning.

Qualifications:

CMA and⠀CFA⠀certifications.
Bachelor’s⠀degree in⠀Finance,⠀Accounting,⠀or a⠀related⠀field.
Proven⠀experience⠀in⠀finance,⠀with a⠀strong⠀background⠀in⠀leadership⠀and⠀strategic⠀financial⠀management.
Demonstrated⠀expertise⠀in⠀budgeting,⠀financial⠀analysis,⠀and⠀financial⠀management⠀within a⠀group of⠀multiple⠀entity⠀structures.
Proficiency⠀in⠀job/project⠀costing.
Strong⠀bank⠀relationship⠀management⠀skills.
Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀leadership⠀skills.
Ability⠀to work⠀collaboratively⠀and⠀cross-functionally.
