The Auditorium seeks a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to enhance its brand through innovative storytelling, design, and marketing strategies. This role demands a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials that align with The Auditorium’s brand identity.
  • Collaborate across departments—including marketing, development, sales, and operations—to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand standards and reflect organizational values.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all projects.
  • Stay informed on design trends and propose ideas to keep branding modern and relevant.
  • Support event-related tasks, including creating assets and coordinating with vendors.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Take ownership of design projects from ideation to completion, introducing innovative ideas to enhance brand recognition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in design roles within a company or agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing functional and creative concepts, with knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Experience in video editing, animation, or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of the entertainment industry is highly desirable.
