Responsibilities:
Working⠀alongside⠀User⠀Experience⠀Designers⠀and Motion⠀Designers,⠀you will⠀be⠀designing⠀a wide⠀variety of⠀things⠀across⠀digital⠀and⠀offline⠀media. To⠀be⠀successful⠀in this⠀position,⠀you will⠀be a⠀self-starter,⠀capable of⠀delivering⠀brilliant⠀and⠀creative⠀ideas, and⠀show⠀amazing⠀attention⠀to detail.
- Work⠀closely⠀with other⠀designers⠀such as⠀user⠀experience⠀designers⠀and motion⠀designers,⠀program⠀managers,⠀developers,⠀quality⠀engineers,⠀and many⠀more⠀groups to⠀turn your⠀ideas into⠀products.
- Use⠀graphics⠀software⠀(e.g.,⠀Illustrator,⠀Photoshop,⠀Acrobat,⠀sketch) to⠀design and⠀produce⠀finished⠀artwork.
- Enhance⠀client⠀facing⠀content⠀with the⠀use of⠀Adobe⠀Creative⠀Suite,⠀including⠀Photoshop,⠀Illustrator,⠀in the⠀production⠀of⠀graphics⠀and assets⠀for⠀presentations⠀and⠀proposals⠀and⠀Dashboards.
- Work⠀with⠀creating⠀animated⠀graphics⠀in⠀PowerPoint.
- Create,⠀format,⠀and edit⠀PowerPoint⠀presentations⠀and⠀marketing⠀materials⠀for both⠀external⠀and⠀internal⠀clients.
- Create⠀vector⠀designs⠀and logos⠀in⠀Illustrator.
- Meet⠀deadlines⠀under⠀pressure⠀and⠀communicates⠀issues⠀proactively⠀with the⠀global⠀front⠀office.
- Participate⠀in testing⠀of⠀applications⠀identifies⠀training⠀needs of⠀both⠀end-users⠀and team⠀members,⠀culminating⠀in the⠀development,⠀participation⠀and⠀roll-out⠀of⠀on-going⠀training⠀programs.
- Plan⠀concepts⠀by⠀studying⠀relevant⠀information⠀and⠀materials.
- Illustrate⠀concepts⠀by⠀designing⠀examples⠀of art⠀arrangement,⠀size, type⠀size and⠀style and⠀submitting⠀them for⠀approval.
- Prepare⠀finished⠀art by⠀operating⠀necessary⠀equipment⠀and⠀software.
- Contribute⠀to team⠀efforts by⠀accomplishing⠀tasks as⠀needed.
- Communicate⠀with⠀clients⠀about⠀layout and⠀design.
- Create⠀a wide⠀range of⠀graphics⠀and⠀layouts⠀for⠀product⠀illustrations,⠀company⠀logos,⠀Dashboards,⠀creative⠀power⠀point⠀presentation⠀and word⠀reports,⠀web⠀products,⠀with⠀software⠀such as⠀photoshop,⠀illustrator,⠀power⠀point,⠀word and⠀Sketch.
- Ensure⠀projects⠀are⠀completed⠀in a⠀timely⠀manner⠀with a⠀quality⠀product.
- Review⠀final⠀layouts⠀and⠀suggest⠀improvements⠀when⠀necessary.
Qualifications:
To qualify, you must have
- Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀Graphic⠀Design or⠀Arts.
- Solid⠀knowledge⠀of⠀prototyping⠀tools such⠀Adobe⠀Photoshop⠀and⠀Illustrator.
- Solid⠀knowledge⠀across⠀Adobe⠀Creative⠀Suite –⠀expert in⠀Photoshop⠀and⠀Illustrator.
- Solid⠀knowledge⠀of⠀workflow⠀tools such⠀as Power⠀Point,⠀Word.
- Knowledge⠀in⠀Sketch.
- Strong⠀analytical⠀and⠀communication⠀skills.
- At⠀least 2-3⠀years of⠀demonstrable⠀experience⠀in user⠀interface⠀design and⠀development.
- Must⠀be able to⠀learn new⠀technologies⠀and the⠀domain⠀space very⠀quickly⠀and⠀present⠀ideas in a⠀team⠀setting.
