Graphic Designer and Photographer

The⠀ideal⠀candidate⠀is a⠀champion⠀multi-tasker⠀who loves⠀deadlines,⠀has solid⠀creative⠀capabilities⠀and⠀excellent⠀customer⠀service⠀skills.⠀This⠀candidate⠀must be a⠀hardworking,⠀talented⠀creative,⠀who can⠀also track⠀workflow⠀through⠀department,⠀disseminate⠀information⠀to design⠀team, meet⠀with⠀agents,⠀spec jobs⠀to⠀vendors,⠀and able⠀to handle⠀quick⠀design⠀edits or⠀minor⠀copywriting⠀if⠀necessary.

 Job Responsibilities:

1- Develop⠀creative⠀concepts⠀and smart⠀designs⠀for print⠀and online⠀marketing⠀initiatives⠀including⠀digital,⠀print,⠀collateral⠀design,⠀web, and⠀presentations

2-⠀Work⠀effectively⠀in a⠀fast-paced⠀and⠀sometimes⠀demanding⠀environment

3-⠀Manage⠀multiple⠀projects⠀from⠀concept⠀through⠀completion

4-⠀Work⠀directly⠀with Sales⠀Associates⠀to guide⠀the⠀development⠀and⠀implementation⠀of their⠀personal⠀marketing⠀materials

5-⠀Communicate⠀with⠀marketing⠀vendors⠀and⠀internal⠀support⠀departments⠀as⠀required

6-⠀Ensure⠀quality⠀and brand⠀standards⠀are met⠀across all⠀deliverables,⠀while⠀staying on⠀deadline⠀and within⠀compliance⠀guidelines

Key Skills/Competencies:

1- At⠀least 5⠀years of⠀Marketing/Communications⠀experience⠀(prior⠀real⠀estate⠀experience⠀a⠀plus)

2-⠀Strong⠀verbal and⠀written⠀communication⠀skills

3-⠀Top notch⠀organization⠀and⠀project⠀management⠀skills

4-⠀A strong⠀layout and⠀typography⠀skill set⠀with⠀expert⠀knowledge⠀and daily⠀use of⠀InDesign,⠀Illustrator,⠀and⠀Photoshop⠀as well as⠀an⠀impressive⠀portfolio⠀of⠀work

5-⠀Experience⠀with⠀managing⠀social⠀media⠀accounts

6-⠀Experience⠀with⠀Microsoft⠀Office⠀Applications

Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month
