Global Real Estate Sustainability Business Manager

As a Business Manager in the Global Real Estate division, you will support sustainability and energy initiatives, playing a critical role in advancing JPMorgan Chase's environmental goals. Reporting to senior leaders within Property Management, you will be responsible for projects related to sustainability and energy strategy, with a focus on property operations across a global portfolio. Key tasks include contributing to sustainability reports, project analytics, preparing reports, overseeing subcontractor activities, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the Firm’s annual ESG report, including sustainability project summaries and GHG data collection.
• Research and evaluate sustainability projects and new technologies for global implementation.
• Manage global sustainability initiatives, including financial analysis, feasibility studies, and onsite logistics.
• Provide insights and reports on solar generation, utility markets, and sustainability metrics.
• Assist Property Management in planning and reporting, aligning with sustainability goals.
• Prepare and maintain presentations on sustainability goals for senior leadership.
• Ensure timely project execution, coordinating with customers and suppliers.
• Participate in setting and standardizing sustainability practices and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required (STEM preferred).
• Experience: Experience in a corporate, real estate, or consulting environment, with strong communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with GHG protocol and sustainability project impact on emissions.
• Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, project management, MS Office, and presentation skills.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, with a high level of professionalism, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Passion for sustainability and renewables, with demonstrated ability to manage large data sets.
