Performs⠀corrective⠀maintenance⠀on⠀building⠀and⠀surrounding⠀area as⠀required⠀and makes⠀recommendations⠀to⠀management⠀on⠀improvements

Advise⠀his⠀immediate⠀senior of⠀day to day⠀problems

He⠀attend to⠀all⠀General⠀complains⠀(guest⠀rooms,⠀public⠀areas,⠀etc.)

Provide⠀in-house⠀general⠀servicing,⠀repair and⠀maintenance⠀using⠀well-trained,⠀presentable⠀personnel⠀carrying⠀out⠀maintenance⠀works in⠀an⠀efficient,⠀discreet⠀and guest⠀friendly⠀manner.

Carry⠀out⠀continuous⠀inspections⠀to ensure⠀the⠀highest⠀level of⠀guest⠀comfort is⠀maintained⠀and that⠀all⠀services⠀are in⠀proper⠀working⠀condition.

Will⠀perform⠀other⠀duties as⠀directed⠀from time⠀to time by⠀the Asst.⠀Chief⠀Engineer

Make⠀sure that⠀all the⠀Room and⠀ground⠀jobs has⠀been⠀carried⠀out and⠀completed⠀as per⠀hotel⠀standards.

• With⠀previous⠀experiences⠀in a⠀similar⠀role and a⠀proven⠀knowledge⠀in the⠀operation⠀of⠀equipment's.
• A⠀good⠀command of⠀English⠀and the⠀ability to⠀find fault⠀and⠀rectify⠀subsystems⠀are⠀essentials.
