What⠀you'll⠀do

The⠀General⠀Manager⠀will⠀direct and⠀manage one⠀or more⠀Pioneer⠀Industries⠀sites of⠀operation⠀with⠀overall⠀responsibilities⠀for⠀safety,⠀financial⠀performance,⠀employee⠀relations⠀(people⠀focus⠀category),⠀production,⠀maintenance,⠀quality,⠀and⠀on-time⠀delivery.

With⠀over⠀165,000⠀square⠀feet of⠀manufacturing⠀and⠀warehouse⠀space,⠀Pioneer⠀Industries’⠀capabilities⠀include⠀comprehensive⠀sheet⠀metal⠀fabrication,⠀machining,⠀finishing,⠀water jet,⠀assembly⠀and⠀distribution⠀services⠀for a wide⠀range of⠀current⠀products⠀in the⠀aerospace,⠀space, and⠀defense⠀industries.

• BS⠀Engineering⠀or a⠀related⠀technical⠀discipline,⠀or the⠀equivalent⠀in job⠀knowledge⠀gained⠀through⠀on-the-job⠀training⠀and⠀experience.
• Requires⠀10 or more⠀years of⠀progressive⠀experience⠀in a large⠀manufacturing⠀environment.⠀Minimum of⠀3 years of⠀experience⠀in a⠀recent⠀business⠀management⠀role.

• MBA in⠀business⠀administration,⠀economics,⠀strategy,⠀technology,⠀or⠀management⠀with an⠀emphasis⠀in⠀strategic⠀planning⠀and/or⠀business⠀development⠀from an⠀accredited⠀institution⠀or⠀extensive⠀manufacturing⠀business⠀leadership⠀roles over⠀a minimum⠀of 6 years⠀may be⠀substituted.

• Employees⠀regularly⠀scheduled⠀to work 24⠀hours or⠀more a⠀week are⠀eligible⠀to enroll⠀in⠀medical,⠀dental,⠀and⠀flexible⠀spending⠀accounts⠀the first⠀of the⠀month⠀following⠀date of⠀hire.
• Full-time⠀employees⠀regularly⠀scheduled⠀for 30⠀hours per⠀week or⠀more are⠀eligible⠀for⠀additional⠀benefits,⠀including⠀life,⠀AD&D, and⠀disability⠀coverage⠀beginning⠀the first⠀of the⠀month⠀after 30⠀days of⠀full-time⠀employment.
