PeaceHealth is seeking a Fixed Asset Accounting Analyst responsible for the management and oversight of fixed asset accounting processes. The role involves recording fixed asset transactions, performing system testing, managing month-end reconciliations, and coordinating system implementations across various divisions. The analyst also collaborates with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record fixed asset additions, disposals, adjustments, and transfers.
  • Track and reconcile depreciation for fixed assets.
  • Complete month-end and year-end closing tasks.
  • Oversee capital projects and collaborate with supply chain/project managers.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of asset and construction-in-progress (CIP) accounts.
  • Prepare journal entries related to capitalized labor, interest, and depreciation.
  • Assist with audit schedules and queries related to fixed assets.
  • Develop and recommend asset accounting policies and controls.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting or finance experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills preferred).
  • Experience with ERP systems (Lawson/Infor experience is desirable).
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Sedentary office-based role with occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds).
  • Frequent use of computer systems and office equipment.
  • Close visual acuity required for data analysis and report preparation.

Salary Range: $22.70 – $34.04, based on factors like education, experience, and collective bargaining agreements.
